This is VERY hot, but it also has real flavor, and that’s what’s most important. It’s not just a “stunt sauce,” you can actually use it as a condiment. Hot, but the heat dies down relatively quickly, I think, so it’s not too painful. A great addition for any heat seeker’s cabinet

Great tasting with (for me) the right amount of heat. Too hot for many of the friends I have let try it. I also like the fact that it isn't a real sweet tasting hot sauce.

I have been using this hot sauce for years and it is my absolute favorite. The slight citrus makes it perfect for pork and seafood, in my opinion.

If you ever quit making this sauce I will find you.
